About Aylin Webb

I'm Aylin Webb, a psychologist, accredited CBT practitioner, and EMDR specialist dedicated to mastering anxiety. I transitioned from a high-pressure corporate career at places like Disney Channel and FedEx to psychology, motivated to support high-achieving women, particularly working mothers, find balance and clarity. Through my practice, Mind & Mood, I provide coaching and therapy based on scientific research and my own experiences with anxiety, helping women rediscover calm, confidence, and purpose.
